In order to receive this low rate you must follow these simple guidelines:

• Claims can be submitted on line at www.nacmne.com or faxed to 781-735-0303 prior to the 9/30/11 expiration date.

• Claims placement must be over $200.00.

• Membership at BCI/NACMNE must be current.

If the accounts need to be sent to an attorney for legal action, all accounts are subject to the regular BCI / NACMNE Recovery Services fee charge. Terms and Conditions are listed below.

CLAIM PLACEMENT TERMS:

The above Creditor appoints BCI / NACM-New England, Inc. as their agent with full authority to collect the subject debt according to the fee schedule below. Once a claim has been placed with BCI / NACM – New England, Inc. all payments must be processed through this office with payment made to the member within 30 days of collection; accounts settled directly by member and debtor after placement with BCI / NACM – New England, Inc. are subject to applicable fees. By law, all court costs and suit fees must be advanced by the creditor.
